Watercolor for ENB and Realistic Water Two by

V2.0 ... Completely redid the watercolors and transparencies based on target water.I got tired of seeing flows of blue ink running through channels that are supposed to be rivers, so I set out and used the template provided by the creators of Realistic Water Two SE to not only change the watercolor to a more realistic shade of blue, but also added transparency while I was in there!See comparison pictures to get an idea of what was changed. If you don't like it then open the esp in xEdit and make the changes you want.NOTESI did not edit creek colours as they already looked fine to me.I am using Obsidian Weathers and Seasons, which is what the palette choice was intended for. YOU MUST USE THE INCLUDED WATERLIGHTING FIX IN ORDER TO SEE THE WATERCOLOR CHANGES. Obsidian darkened water tint in a way that load order and water mod changes don't matter, so I went through all the weather types and reset the water multiplier values to vanilla and made a patch file. This can be used on its own or with any other watercolor mod, not just mine. Was not intended for ENB users as ENB Series has it's own way of correcting the issues I had.INSTALLINGPick a watercolor (or experiment with all of them), drop the esp file into your data folder or install w/ your choice of mod manager. If you use Obsidian Weathers and Seasons then be sure to pick up the water lighting fix in the optional files section.UPDATINGI changed some filenames so delete the old version and replace with new version. Do not merge.Since each file has a different name it's safe to experiment with all four files in your mod-list and just change the load order or activate/deactivate the one you want.UNINSTALLINGRemove from your data folder or uninstall w/ your choice of mod manager. No scripts are used so there's no harm.LOAD ORDERPlace the watercolor .esp file below Realistic Water Two (obviously) and below anything that might modify watercolors.Place the Obsidian Weathers Waterlighting Fix file after Obsidian Weathers and any lighting mod ... Preferably right at the bottom of your load order. The watercolor file can be put here as well ... they don't conflict with eachother. COMPATIBILITYENB - ENB users will most likely find the water too bright as it wasn't intended for vibrant ENB or ReShade presets. Mod Organizer is a bit more advanced than NMM and allows you to experiment with mods without deleting anything. All the mods are stored in separate folders instead of dropped into skyrim Data folder and partialy overwritten. You can create several mod list for specific characters without deleting anything. The downside is that you will have to watch few youtube guides to set it up. usualy go with ELFX for RealVision. I'm not a fan of this Enb, but I often run my setup with ELFX or Relightning Skyrim + Enhanced Lightning for Enb. ELFX and ELE are modular, so you have to pay attention which file you are using.~Base ELFX or Relightning Skyrim - edits lights placement~ELE or ELFX Enhancer - edits imagespace and lightning templatesFull ELE makes the image softer and is less intrusive on color palettes of some of the enbs.ELFX Enhancer makes the interiors darker and creates more contrast by increasing intensity of lightsources (candles, torches, brazers, windows, etc).In your place I would experiment a bit with the Enbs before settling on one. Give Rudy Enb NLA (with CoT turned off) or regular version a shot. to get before trying an Enb:-SMIM-NobleSkyrimMod HD-Skyrim HD Parallax Terrain Tribute by Hein84-Skyrim Flora Overhaul (without the .esp, you just need the tree textures and meshes)-Verdant grass plugin-Optimized INI Files by Ball-Realistic Water Two-aMidianBorn Book of Silence-XCE-Better Males-UNP (or any other unp variant)-RaceMenuPS: Don't forget SKSE and SkyUI.

Skyland Watercolor aims to recolor the water in Skyrim to be more colorful, yet retain a deep sense of realism. Each type of water is carefully colored and tailored for each location and type. Watch the water color and dynamics change depending on weather and lighting. This mod works well as a standalone, with RW2, and iNeed. Comes with an easy to use FOMOD installer.Also...Join the Skyland Discord & Twitch, and Youtube Channels ---------V 2.5 UpdateSome users experienced seams in lake to river transitions. That has been fixed.Water colors adjustedFixed some hard water seams at water edgeFixed mismatched colors on certain water typesRemoved blue and green color options as no one seemed to use them and updating all the colors was too time consuming for people not to use them. (poll showed users preferred Slow Green 10 to 1)--------Remember to come on back and endorse if you liked the mod!---------This mod includes:Tweaked water colors and propertiesNew 2k normal mapsA Realistic Waters 2 Version. This isn't a patch. Use this version if you're using RW2.Compatibility with iNeed--------- ENB Settings:Set your ENB water muddiness to around 65 for best results. You won't get neon colors in foggy or rainy weather.---------Check out the Rest of Skyland:Skyland LandscapesSkyland Towns and VillagesSkyland WhiterunSkyland Imperial Forts and DungeonsSkyland RiftenSkyland Nordic RuinsSkyland MarkarthSkyland HD Road SignsSkyland Ships and ShacksSkyland WinterholdSkyland WatercolorSkyland SolitudeCompatibility: Works with RW2 and iNeed.Load Order: Place after RW2 and iNeed.Install: Normally with your mod manager as per it's instructions. Manually install by copying the contents of the data folder within the zip file into the data folder of your game.If You Use RW2Remember, RW2 should go towards the bottom of your LO. If you're getting seams, it's not low enough. Put my water color just below RW2. If You use ENB WaterJust use one of the standard, non-RW2 watercolor options

Can also use these with other grass mods, by simply loading them after it. Both got all assets included.Planned optional files:Currently two more. A "traditional" tundra for people who dislike the style I choose here. It will look more like UG2's or Verdant's. The second would be a green tundra. I want to create some nice green fields. Currently those aren't really my priority and I don't have much time to do these. But they will surely come in the future. Some recommendations:- a decent replacer for trees or at least some good new textures for them. I personally use a mix of different trees, most from SFO and can always recommend SFOs trees. But I can also highly recommend EVT - Enhanced vanilla trees.- a good set of textures. A base pack and some nice landscape textures. There are tons on Nexus so choose one and pick the one you like the most. For landscapes it's the same. There are a lot of high quality mods and textures. I recommend using some that have similar colors to the grass. Then they can occur to be lusher, especially helpful to people with less dense grass.- a good ENB. ENB is a MUST have in 2020. There are tons of great presets even some that are fps friendly. I currently use Patrician ENB by Marmotte, one of the most well made ENBs I have ever seen. I also bow before Rudy ENB, one of my fav ENBs as well. Just stunning and it hits the "golden middle" meaning it fits to most setups and is performance friendly as well. Now some more specific mod recommendations:- Realistic Water Two- SMIM + Ruins clutter improved + Ultimate HD fire effects - absolute MUST HAVES- Landscape fixes for Grass mods (for SE but has a LE version as well in the miscellaneous files)- all the texture and model mods from: Rudy102, SDlutz, John Skyrim, FrankFamily, Pfuscher, Kajun, Elsopa, Rallyeator, Gamwich, HalkHolgan, ramccoid- aMidianBorn Book of Silence- Enhanced Blood Textures- Deadly Spell impacts- Blended RoadsJust mods I recommend and I never could live without :DFinally. In case you have some ideas for improvements, see something weird, that looks off or buggy, write it in the comments. With that I do not mean anything like "Uh, I don't like that" or "Uh you have to change that"No. I spent a year on this mod. I KNOW there are things

Skyrim? When I first played Skyrim, I was more or less disappointed with the visuals of this game. The strong green tint and bleached out colours made everything look dull. So I started to create an ENB for Skyrim called "Vividian ENB" which has grown very huge over time. In fact, it has grown so large that I was hitting the boundaries of what I could do with an ENB alone and I was forced to do these changes with plugins. That's when I started to tinker with weathers and to say it short... it was necessary to embark on the journey towards making a weather mod in order to make my ENB work out the best. Do you still remember how it all started for you? What got you interested in modding? Well as a German I feel the constant need to enhance the things that are in front of me. It literally started with Fallout New Vegas where I enhanced a few aspects of it like the colour palette and visuals. Seeing how one can change the feeling of a whole game and enhance it was giving me a "kick" that is still holding up to this very day. For me it is an expression of creativity that I got addicted to. Having been part of the community for so long now, you must have some favourite mods that go well alongside your own. Can you name a few?Of course! I always recommend Enhanced Lights & FX (ELFX) as well as Realistic Water Two and Skyrim Flora Overhaul and Frostfall. Those mods are in my opinion a must have for Skyrim at the very least. Are there any mods from other authors that you look at and just go “wow”? I am a big fan of the mod Rigmor of Bruma which adds a very unique quest and follower to Skyrim. It literally captured me with the voice acting and the well written story. This was the one mod where I went "wow" after I finished it. But the things is, I cannot really experience many of those
