Today marks the end of week 2 of following the Brazil Butt Lift program in an effort to see what kind of results I can get out of it.I’ll be reviewing the ‘High & Tight’ workout in this post – one of my absolute favorites from Brazil Butt Lift exercise DVD set so far! Time: 40 minutes Equipment: Reistance Band, Ankle Weights Areas Worked: Outer thighs, Inner thighs, Hamstrings, Butt, Abs (indirect) Difficulty: Beginner Style: Resistance/weighted exercise workout, focusing on the thighs and butt and designed to build and tone muscle by working the butt from different angles.Introduction‘High & Tight’ is a resistance based workout designed to build muscle that specifically targets the gluteus muscle groups from multiple angles from the Brazil Butt Lift program by Beachbody. All volume increase is from injections with no artificial implants used. Note natural appearance and lack of visible scarring. Procedures Depicted: BBL, Lipo to Abdomen, Waist, and Tailbone, Fat Transfer to Butt.Multiple angle view of Caucasian patient in her mid-30s before and after mini Brazilian butt lift surgery and combined 360 liposuction for body contouring and butt augmentation. Liposuction provided improved abdominal contouring focusing on the abdomen, waist, and tailbone areas. The transferred fat settled well into round-shaped buttocks for a stable cosmetic enhancement as part of this skinny BBL. Procedures Depicted: Liposuction to arms, bbr, flanks with FT to buttocksBack and partial angle view of a patient before and after butt lift surgery performed by a BBL specialist. Notice the lifted contour of the butt, enhancing the transition from upper hips to the rounded buttocks. Combined liposuction around the flanks provided a slimmer waist for a skinnier yet voluminous body shape with additional lipo to the arms for a tighter overall appearance.. BBL before and after of a 360 lipo result with subsequent fat transfer from abs to butt in mid-30s female patient. Results show a dramatic increase in hourglass figure with a lifted butt position, rounded buttocks, and contoured body shape, all with no butt implants used. Natural fat injections settled well for a natural-looking shape and position. Renuvion was used to tighten the patient’s skin and the procedure was done under local anesthesia with the patient awake and comfortable. Female patient results with before-and-after of Brazilian butt lift surgery combined with liposuction of the abdomen and waist. Targeted mild volume increase with a focus on creating a rounder butt shape and filling in of her hip dips with gentler liposuction to maintain a natural body shape with smoother contours while also tightening abs and waist. This BBL was done under local anesthesia with the patient awake and comfortable. She had a comfortable and easy recovery. Before and after results of fat transfer to butt for female patient.
